Job Title: Bakery Manager Department: Bakery
General : Ordering and maintaining proper inventory on all bakery items, packaging, writing work schedule.
Experience or Training Required: Successful record in bakery department.
License or Certificate Required: Current enrollment in Shoppers Food & Pharmacy management trainee, Level II or higher.
- Essential Job Functions:
An individual must possess the abilities to perform these essential job functions:
- Knowing all baking and frying procedures for all products.
- Maintaining proper inventory on all bakery items.
- Knowing how, when, and where to order products.
- Writing schedule according to sales projections.
- Dating and rotating all bakery products.

- Cleaning work area.
