We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support executives in Finance Operations. As a fast, continually growing department we seek a driven individual with a history of high performance to support our executives.

What will your day look like?
  • You will be proactively managing complex calendars to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Coordinating calendars across multiple teams to proactively plan for key business cycles.
  • Effectively and proactively supporting Directors and other team members.
  • Acting as a gatekeeper by balancing customer obsession and backbone.
  • Ensuring timely action by organizing, prioritizing, and addressing sensitive, confidential information and requests.
  • Submitting expense reports
  • Coordinating global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics in a cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinating closely with Recruiting teams, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within the Finance Operations and the larger Amazon community
  • Driving completion of key deliverables and outstanding items
  • Assisting with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events)
  • Creatively solving complex problems while building sustainable, scalable mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • 2+ years of experience providing support to senior leadership or 1+ years Amazon experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Administrative experience supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines and long-term goals
  • Experience with coordinating travel, reconciling expenses, international travel (including visas) and event planning
