CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Job in Beaufort, SC

Join Montgomery Transport as an Experienced Flatbed CDL-A Truck Driver and enjoy the flexibility to choose your pay structure! Whether you prefer percentage or CPM, we have options that cater to your needs, along with steady freight and outstanding support.

With our Freedom to Choose fleet, you can maximize your earnings and home time. Drivers typically earn between $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

In honor of your hard work, especially during the holiday season, we are excited to offer our special HAUL-iday Pay! Here’s how it works:

• Earn an additional $0.05 per loaded mile from 11/5/2024 to 12/30/2024.
• Receive $10,000 in Orientation Pay across several weeks, including:
1. Week 1 - $1,500
2. Week 2 - $1,200
3. 120 Days - $2,300
4. 180 Days - $2,500
• Active drivers will be eligible for payouts on 1/3/2025.

Our competitive pay structure includes:

• Up to $0.55 CPM base pay with annual increases and additional HAUL-iday earnings.
• OR choose 27% of line haul earnings.
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 for 30 days - 2 years, and $1,300 for 2 years+.

Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience, within the last three years.
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years.
• No DUI convictions in the last 10 years.
• Experience with hauling steel coil is a bonus, though not mandatory.
