Come help us build scalable learning experiences that develop the next generation of talent across the Worldwide Operations Talent Acquisition (WW Ops TA)! The WW Ops TA Learning and Development (L&D) is looking for an experienced L&D Trainer and Program Specialist, who thrives in a dynamic environment and comfortably facilitates while being a creative problem solver and keeping their training logistics on track to deliver. We're looking for a creative facilitator,who can innovate, move quickly, and not be constrained by how things have been done before. The role also requires collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including SMEs and leaders across multiple disciplines/functional roles as well as foundational program co-ordination skills.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on multiple learning programs, putting themselves in front of an audience, in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and need to be creative, customer-obsessed and act like owners. They must be willing to roll up their sleeves and manage program logistics, while insisting on the highest standards. They will be a seasoned facilitator, who has successfully developed training content, and managed programmatic responsibilities and logistics that are attached to the training program. The role requires engaging an audience, managing timelines, resolving issues and risks, monitoring progress, collaboration with peers and stakeholders, and data reporting. In this role, it is expected that you will have the ability to articulate clearly, use creative facilitation techniques, and self manage logistics and co-ordination.

• Support the execution of your training programs (including pilots) globally. Prioritize effectively to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives, and own logistics and scheduling for training program initiatives and events.
• Deliver an engaging training experience in a blended training environment i.e. in-person and virtual sessions to recruiting teams
• Be responsible for planning and general administration associated with running training programs. Including effective classroom management, time management, tracking attendance, and report on training effectiveness and performance
• Maintain expertise in role by staying current on tools, process, procedures, and training techniques. Continuously gain exposure to new training methodologies, processes, software, and training techniques
• Manage logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, meeting requests, and ordering catering.
• Aid in the ongoing maintenance of training programs by reviewing training materials and curriculum as needed
• Execute training mechanisms at the defined standard
• Drive and manage learner performance to defined metrics and goals of the training program you facilitate

Travel may be required up to 20%

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in program or project management.
  • 2+ years experience in the area of instructional design/content design and development.
  • Experience using online course authoring technologies to create eLearning experiences.
  • Experience in conducting training needs analysis with global stakeholders, and analyzing the findings to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as an L&D or Talent Management partner for a Recruiting organization.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation for L&D offerings.
  • Master's degree in related discipline: Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Adult Education, etc.
  • Certified project manager (Prince2, PMP etc.).
  • Experience with web design or web development.
  • Experience working cross functionally with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and peers globally.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
