Join Clean Harbors as a Class B Truck Operator and take on the challenge of operating both light and heavy-duty trucks and equipment at our customer sites. You will handle vehicles such as vacuum trailers, roll-off trailers, van trailers, box trucks, and high-powered vacuum loaders while working on hazardous waste clean-up tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures.
• Operate commercial trucks and collaborate with field laborers in a supportive team environment.
• Handle a variety of Class B trucks with proficiency.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction during service delivery.
• Properly placard vehicles to comply with Company and DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, time sheets, and reports.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local compliance regulations.
• Operate vehicles safely in line with U.S. DOT requirements and corporate guidelines.
• Observe company environmental health and safety protocols.
• Perform additional assigned duties as needed.
• Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis.
• Engage in site remediation, equipment decontamination, and hazardous materials handling.
Required Qualifications:
• Valid Class B CDL.
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient in using various mobile devices.
• Able to perform physical tasks as required by the job.
• Must clear background check, drug test, and physical examinations.
• Meet facial hair standards in line with OSHA's Respiratory Protection Standard.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Commercial driving experience.
• Current Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
• Previous experience in hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Experience in manual labor roles.
