In this role, you will drive the acquisition of new Field Services business from both existing clients and prospective customers within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Explore and develop untapped potential in current accounts to grow business.
  • Prospect and secure business from new customers.
  • Engage frequently with customers and prospects to increase wallet share and promote CH FS capabilities.
  • Collaborate with FS account managers to expand access to Corporate and Key accounts.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage and complete the annual Sales Revenue Budget.
  • Build strong relationships with local branches, proactively addressing and resolving obstacles.
  • Support in collection of invoiced revenue from clients.
  • Track sales activities and opportunities, using insights to develop strategies and cross-sell to enhance relationships.
  • Control sales expenses effectively.
  • Maintain daily awareness of sales performance and activities.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
  • Coordinate with account managers to transition established clients for ongoing business development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and new business initiatives.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management based on business needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster relationships with stakeholders to achieve program goals that maximize revenue.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify opportunities to expand account share, cultivate leads, negotiate, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-level sales or account management within the industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • A history of generating, negotiating, and closing deals to grow business.
  • Exhibit tact, discretion, and sound business judgment.
  • Experience overseeing multiple states and customers, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Strong ability to foster internal relationships and develop sales support resources.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage contracts effectively.
  • Highly engaging personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Dynamic and high-energy professional with a creative approach.
  • Strong executive presence and business acumen with the ability to influence C-suite clients.
  • Strategic thinker with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred experience in resolving customer issues related to environmental regulations and services.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Self-motivated and capable of driving results across cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in strategic and conceptual selling.
  • Solid analytical skills and experience in project management.
  • Comfortable working within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to travel 30-50% as required.
