Qualifications:
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Proficient in handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
• Comfortable utilizing GPS and adhering to specific delivery instructions.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of lifting and carrying insulated delivery bags (up to 50 lbs).
• Highly dependable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous delivery experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency preferred.

• Assist with in-store tasks during non-delivery periods, such as preparing boxes, answering phones, or light cleaning duties.
• Strictly adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with restaurant staff and management.
• Strategically manage delivery routes to maximize efficiency and ensure timely service.
• Contribute positively to the team atmosphere and uphold Papa John's brand standards.
• Professionally address customer inquiries and resolve minor issues as they arise.
