Responsible for budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for a Fulfillment Center. 2. Manage and lead a team of Area Managers, coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met, and build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center. 3. Use Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies and performance metrics to increase efficiency within processes. 4.
