Join Safety-Kleen! We are actively seeking a dedicated Sales and Service Route Driver to join our team. In this exciting role, you will gain training to operate a Class B box truck, providing exceptional onsite service for parts washer machines, effectively managing the pickup of containerized hazardous waste, and promoting our products and services along a designated route. Safety-Kleen will support you in obtaining your CDL!

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize health and safety by diligently following all safe working practices and policies
• Visit 10-12 customer sites daily, ensuring efficient service
• Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of industrial solutions
• Service parts washer machines and maintain cleanliness
• Promote our services and generate new leads during field visits
• Service automotive repair shops, fleet facilities, and manufacturing businesses
• Complete scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups in a timely manner
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Safely operate vehicles following all required guidelines
• Adhere to all company health and safety standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Possess a valid Class B CDL
• Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of hire
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Able to perform physical functions as required for the position
• Successful completion of background check, drug test, and physical assessment
• Meet facial hair standards due to OSHA respiratory protection requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service roles
• Commercial route driving experience (Class C or Non-CDL)
