Supply Chain Management Senior Manager
Job Summary:
You will support Walmart’s Supply Chain leadership by managing complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing strategic initiatives. Your efforts will ensure smooth operations across our supply chain network and directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to millions of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between supply chain leadership and other departments, including retail operations, merchandising, and technology.
- Present complex data and analysis to senior leadership, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, carriers, and distribution centers.
- Assist in executing supply chain strategy, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement new supply chain strategies, such as automation, omnichannel fulfillment, and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key supply chain functions, identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Oversee project management for large-scale supply chain initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation OR 6 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation.
- 2 years of experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze complex data, and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting information to senior leadership.
- Project management skills to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dispatch, fleet management, network analysis, or retail logistics operations.
- Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma Certification.

Salary:
- Annual salary range: $90,000 - $180,000.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Stock options for certain positions.
