Job description:
As the Restaurant Culinary Manager, you are responsible for efficiently managing the restaurant's operations while ensuring customer satisfaction, employee well-being, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
You will be charged with performing diverse tasks and handling multiple responsibilities in your role as an assistant:
• Pioneering leadership in restaurant management
• Human Resources is responsible for managing several areas, including performance tracking, scheduling, policy enforcement, recruitment, disciplinary action, staff mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Our role entails overseeing all financial elements of the company, such as managing inventory, projecting productivity, producing financial reports, controlling the cost of sales and labor expenditures.
• Attain financial target.
• Introducing novel promotions and executing local marketing campaigns that are tailored to the target audience.
• The job of depositing the cash in the bank every morning is assigned to you.
• Responsible for overseeing cash management issues resulting in a shortage of funds.
• The Occupational Health and Safety Act provides guidelines that must be followed to maintain a safe work environment
• Knowledge of competitor's marketing campaigns, market changes and business expansion is an essential factor in achieving more profits and development.
• The restaurant team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handling Customer Concerns: The Importance of Emotional Intelligence in Customer Service.
• Implementing all Pizza Hut standards to ensure the product's quality is preserved.
• Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and ensuring efficient order management are essential for the smooth operation and success of a business.
• Manage the Recruitment and Training of Employees.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Restaurant Manager, candidates must have at least three years of direct experience working in the food industry or within a restaurant setting, and prior experience in a management role. Additionally, would-be managers should possess interpersonal and communication skills that are second to none, as well as a proven ability to provide coaching and guidance while maintaining financial controls.
The job opening is looking for someone with a strong analytical mind, competent in basic mathematics and accounting, and having a customer-centric disposition. Additionally, the position requires the ability to work varied shifts, weekends included, and be accountable to the District Manager.
