Join The Budd Group as a Sales Representative and supercharge our business development efforts. You'll be the driving force behind acquiring new customers and upselling current customers for our transactional, project-based work.
You will be responsible for boosting sales within a defined region that includes Winston-Salem and Greensboro, NC. Your role will encompass janitorial, specialty services, resale services, and maintenance services for commercial businesses in the area.
Location : Winston Salem and Greensboro, NC Territory
Your Key Responsibilities : Spearhead specialty services sales, efficiently directing service work to the right managers.
Unearth potential leads through business directories, web searches, and digital marketing resources.Take the initiative with cold calls to reach out to potential clients.
Secure in-person sales meetings to build rapport.Present digital information to potential clients as needed.Qualify leads generated from digital campaigns, conferences, references, and trade shows.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and community activities as required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Outstanding organizational prowess, capable of managing multiple markets simultaneously to expand our sales, client base, and territories.
Flexibility to work independently or collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.Proficiency in various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), CRM / Salesforce, Outreach, and Pardot.
A valid Driver's License As this role involves up to 50% in-market travel.
