Job Summary
Schneider seeks an experienced Marketing Analytics Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a group of analysts and collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure models meet business needs for reporting and analytics. Responsibilities include designing and developing scalable data models in Snowflake, writing complex SQL queries, and optimizing Snowflake's performance. You will also oversee the design and execution of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement analytics strategies to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure models meet business needs for reporting and analytics.
• Design and develop scalable data models in Snowflake using SQL to structure, clean, and transform data.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and load data into Snowflake from different sources.
• Optimize Snowflake's performance by tuning queries, managing data portions, and ensuring efficient storage utilization.
• Oversee the design and execution of Power BI dashboards and other reporting tools.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience.
• Experience with Power BI and building complex dashboards.
• Advanced SQL skills, including creating complex scripts and data models within databases.
• Ability to automate recurring reports and analytics processes.
• Experience analyzing, optimizing, and translating marketing data.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake, and marketing automation tools, such as Simon Data.
• Expertise in marketing analytics, including customer segmentation, campaign measurement, and attribution modeling.
• Excellent leadership skills.
