We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to lead a team of technical resources that enable our marketing and business development teams make data-driven decisions about our business.


In this role, you will partner with our program managers to consult, prioritize, develop and implement KPIs, and automate reporting / process solutions.



You will suggest and build new metrics and analysis that enable better perspective on business. You will capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success and translate data into actionable insights.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead a team of business analyst resources that own projects across all aspects of our business.Perform detailed analyses on large data sets, and present critical insights to business ownersWork with multiple business owners to identify and validate data sources used to define KPIsDevelop business reporting through appropriate visualization tools (ex.

Tableau, QuickSight) Experience conducting advanced statistical analysis (skilled in using one or more of R / SPSS / SAS / Python, etc.
