• In the position of customer engagement, your main responsibility is to put on a smile and greet pets, creating a positive first impression in our Doggie Day Camps. While interacting with pet parents, your goal is to recommend our various services and tailor them to their pet's specific needs and preferences.

• Our pet care professionals are committed to making the pets' stay with us as engaging and fulfilling as possible, and that involves giving them plenty of opportunities for play and exercise

ABOUT YOUR CAREER:

• Acquire expertise by exploring distinct business units such as store or salon, after working in the Pets Hotel
• You will also have the opportunity to develop your problem-solving and decision-making skills, as you will be responsible for addressing any issues that arise and making critical decisions for the well-being of the business
• One of the biggest challenges of opening a new store is attracting and retaining customers, which can be accomplished through effective branding, advertising, and customer service
• Moving to any of our 1600 stores across the United States is a viable option for our customers. However, please note that select locations do not offer hotel services
