Does the opportunity of accelerating growth of a large business and innovating to delight customers appeal to you? Amazon’s fast growing Gift Card (GC) business significantly contributes to the company’s customer obsession and results.
The team is responsible for creating and enhancing gift card and stored value products sold globally via Amazons website, corporate sales, and third-party stores.
Our team is seeking a customer obsessed and highly organized program manager to drive progress on two business critical programs in our organization.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with quickly driving clarity and structure to ambiguous situations. Our products are available in over 20 countries across multiple form factors and is core to Amazon’s retail shopping experience.
The global nature of our program requires us to address customers data privacy in multiple geographies. Additionally, we must automate existing accounting treatments in order to support the continued growth and scale of our product.
The candidate will own the programmatic improvements to these programs that will allow our WW team to manage through the growing complexity with our product.
This leader will work across a broad group of stakeholders from product, tech, accounting, legal, and operations to identify requirements, prioritize the programs goals, and drive execution.
In additional to driving these highly complex programs, this leader should be comfortable with influencing high judgement decisions and prioritization with senior leaders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Strong evidence of using data to inform decisions
- Experience working in a diverse team requiring strong relationship and team-building skills
- Strong communication and able to drive discussions to reach actionable conclusions with partners and diverse stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in a multinational e-commerce organization of similar size and scope
- Experience working across multiple geographies
- Proven track record of program management and creating solutions that scale
- Previous experience with international customer data privacy regulations
- Exposure to enterprise accounting automation programs
- Strong project and process management skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $115,600 - 160,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
