Radiology Associates, a leading provider in advanced diagnostic imaging and intervention services, is in search of an experienced Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist. In this role you will create and implement effective recruiting strategies, design onboarding programs, conduct orientation sessions to integrate new staff successfully into the organizational culture.
This is an in-office position, based in one of our two offices located in Ocala or Daytona. This position requires same-day travel and occasional overnight out-of-town.
What you will do is this role:
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Manage the onboarding process, including coordinating orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job ads and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Handle job posting and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and identify qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Coordinate the pre-hire process including initial documents, reference checks, and background screening.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
What you will need:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
At least three years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
SHRM s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
What you will bring:
Ability to communicate effectively, written, and verbal, with all levels of the organization.
Excellent presentation skills.
Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office. Experience with ADP a plus.
