Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with stakeholders throughout Amazon Robotics to identify end user requirements and specifications for software solutions.
· Build and maintain software development lifecycle mechanisms for the L&D organization.
· Create and maintain front-end and back-end code for existing learning technologies that support the Amazon Robotics organization.
· Develop new features in existing learning software solutions.
· Lead API integration efforts to connect new commercial learning tools to various enterprise technologies (HRIS systems, existing LMS platforms, data warehouses).
· Document software product features and maintain a roadmap for future releases.
· Identify automation scripting opportunities within the L&D scope of work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· 2+ years software development experience in multiple languages
· Coding experience in JavaScript, HTML, & CSS.
· Demonstrated experience working with customers to identify user and business requirements for new software solutions.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to gather requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders and translate those requirements into useable software features.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· SharePoint API experience.
· Experience building and using GitHub repositories.
