Barney Trucking is now hiring a driver recruiter to help grow our fleet of drivers. This position is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified Class A company drivers.
The ideal candidate would need experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative work, and sales. Responsibilities: 120 outbound calls/week Field inbound calls from potential candidates and discuss job opportunities Pre-screen/Pre-Qualify candidates and acquire a complete application Follow up-to applicants with phone calls, email and text messaging Social media; follow up on comments/direct messages and engage with potential candidates Perform actions in the applicant tracking system (Tenstreet): leave notes; create reminders Update weekly KPI report with recruiting metrics Benefits: Medical Insurance Personal Time Off (PTO) days Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Holidays Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance 401K with employer contribution Requirements: Knowledge of DOT regulations and Driver Recruiting Preferred Previous experience with tenstreet or other CRM/ATS tool Strong communication skills Technology savvy Customer service/Sales/Human Resources Background Ability to work in a fast pace environment with a sense of urgency.
