As a Senior Analyst, Customer Accounts, you will be expected to perform trend analysis, proactively identify and drive resolutions, and be the advocate for the customer. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customer to make data-driven decisions

  • Facilitate operational reporting for monthly, quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts

  • Assist with query building, dashboard generation, and report templates

  • Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers including: proofreading and editing reports, checking numbers & report findings, and ensuring the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports

  • Monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure best use of our service and help achieve maximum value


What you need to succeed at XPO:


At a minimum, you’ll need:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 2 years of experience supporting customers with operational and technical issues, including deep analysis and status reporting

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills


It’d be great if you also have:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • LTL industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations

  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
