As a Senior Analyst, Customer Accounts, you will be expected to perform trend analysis, proactively identify and drive resolutions, and be the advocate for the customer. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you develop to a level that will exceed your expectations.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customer to make data-driven decisions
Facilitate operational reporting for monthly, quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts
Assist with query building, dashboard generation, and report templates
Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers including: proofreading and editing reports, checking numbers & report findings, and ensuring the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports
Monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure best use of our service and help achieve maximum value
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2 years of experience supporting customers with operational and technical issues, including deep analysis and status reporting
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word
Analytical and problem-solving skills
It’d be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
LTL industry experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations
Ability to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
