Job Summary:
NAPA's Integrated Business Solutions Division is seeking an IBS Site Parts Specialist Trainee to manage parts for businesses like airlines and government facilities. Join a dynamic team and receive hands-on training and growth opportunities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- We understand the importance of timely procurement of parts and strive to ensure that our partner companies receive their parts on time, every time. Our efficient procurement process helps to keep their supply chain running smoothly.
- Guarantee streamlined activities and uphold client contentment by competently supervising personnel and procedures.
- Join forces with the IBS Site Manager and team to tackle the day-to-day, weekly, and monthly reconciliation tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Provide support in customer interactions and product identification for colleagues working at the NAPA parts desk.
- Achieve successful inventory management using a combination of computer and hard-copy catalog systems.
- Maintain conformity with the company’s established guidelines for safeguarding assets, maintaining merchandise, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Adaptability towards gaining knowledge and hands-on training is an advantage.
- My zeal resides in offering unmatched customer service, forging strong bonds, and deftly tackling problems.
- The ideal candidate for this position should have a background in the automotive aftermarket, dealerships, parts, light or heavy-duty equipment, or ground support industry.
- Accomplished in using modern inventory management, procurement, and cataloging software to streamline processes and reduce errors.
- Successfully led teams in the automotive sector, with expertise in aftermarket service, fleet services, government contracts, or retail establishments.
- Proper training in point-of-sale and fleet management software is essential for employees to perform their duties well and meet business requirements.
- Adept at analyzing situations and motivated to find solutions to customer issues while striving to optimize processes.
- To be eligible for this position, it is required to hold a high school diploma or GED. An added advantage would be a degree from a technical school or college.
- Being available to work unorthodox schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
