Join Safety-Kleen as a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee! This exciting opportunity in Waukesha, WI, will allow you to train to operate a Class B box truck while providing essential onsite services for parts washer machines, managing containerized hazardous waste, and promoting our diverse range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to all safe work practices and policies.
• Complete scheduled service visits, deliveries, and pickups promptly.
• Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer locations.
• Accurately complete required documentation and labeling.
• Identify and generate leads for new products and services from clients.
• Upsell additional products and services to existing accounts.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
• Safely operate vehicles in compliance with U.S. DOT regulations.
• Follow all corporate operating guidelines and environmental health standards.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Must obtain a CDL B license within 180 days of employment (company sponsored).
• Acquire Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of obtaining CDL B.
• Ability to work independently while efficiently managing time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities.
• The ability to perform physical tasks as required by the position.
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug test, and physical assessment relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience driving commercial routes (Class C or non-CDL).
