Job Overview

As a Local Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely delivery of masonry, dry mix, and hardscapes products to customers across various locations. This position involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, while maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including driver's daily logs, fuel tickets, and delivery documentation.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to receive instructions, invoices, and special requirements for each delivery.
• Ensure that trucks are properly loaded and secured to prevent damage or loss during transit.
• Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good working condition and report any issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• CDL A license and at least 2 years of current CDL experience.
• A safe driving record and valid medical card.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required by the job.
