Transportation Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Operations Specialist to join our team at Transforce. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a collection truck and providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate your heavy truck along your designated route and to the disposal site; read route sheet, follow map and service each customer as identified on the route sheet or as assigned by the dispatcher and/or supervisor.
• Courteously interact with all customers, dispatchers and others on a daily basis to ensure all customer routes are serviced in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement and excellent communication skills. You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location. Eligible employees can also elect to participate in various benefits, including comprehensive medical benefits coverage, dental plans, and retirement plan with a generous company match.
