Months have past this company refuse to mail any checks owed to me. Over $500 of money this company owes me for previous employment. Over 6 months past due. I'm note this neglect to pay with the tax season. Thanks for never paying me.

I have had over forty packages be returned (not an exaggeration), and marked undeliverable, before even going out to my shop in the last 60 days. I have come to rely on Amazon for many of my shop needs over the past three years and now I can't seem to get anything from the facility at all. I have to have everything sent to the locker and go pick it up myself, if it can be delivered to the locker. I have also had a few packages not make it there either, but have had better luck. My question is, why can they deliver it to the locker but not to my business. I have been ordering the same items for my business for three years and getting them from Amazon at my current location for a year and a half and now all of the sudden they have just stopped delivering my orders. I seriously want my prime membership refunded. I can't believe this insanity, it's the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere, anytime. I have called and reported the issues to customer service four times and the warehouse logistics office twice. I have received a ten dollar credit once..lol and that was after they offered me five bucks and I laughed and told the lady I'd try and not spend it all in one place. What good does a credit give me anyway when I can't get the items I order. Sometimes the items are marked undeliverable before 6am on the day they are supposed to be delivered and then I have to wait a week for my money to be refunded. Over forty times!! I thought I would never say this, but I am going to have to figure out how to get the items I have been getting somewhere else and am ending my relationship with Amazon. It is really that bad and at first I thought that it was temporary and would straighten its self out. It has just gotten worse over the months. What a huge disappointment, waste of time and money.
