Love how now that there's a local fulfillment camp, my packages are consistently late by 3 to 4 days. Glad I'm paying for prime 👍 keep up the great work guys. Whatever they're paying you it's too much.

I usually get the correct order, BUT..... the delivery drivers never knock or ring the bell, so my packages sit outside in the snow for God knows how long! I have had packages from other places stolen off my porch. RING THE DAMN BELL WHEN YOU DELIVER!!!

Since the new fulfillment center has opened up I have had 2 packages that were not delivered to my address or followed my delivery instructions. Delivery drivers need to be more aware and mindful when delivering to apartment buildings, to not leave packages at the mailbox or to at least make sure its in the RIGHT building, leave it in the office or deliver it to the recipients apartment listed. There are apartment numbers on the mailboxes so if they don't see the apartment they are delivering to don't leave it, find where it goes. People steal packages especially in apartment buildings

Locked apartments have agreements with Amazon and I’m frustrated that they give the excuse non deliverable when there’s a code above my door with a key in it. Amazon I’ve worked for you and have higher expectations then what your delivering try harder
