For every 5 shipments, 2 get lost, and 2 delivers few days later, and only 1 on time. If I do order different items 2 or 3 days apart, the first item I order will not be delivered and will be grouped with another item of their choice. I thought Amazon is customer centric not profit centric.

They lose or otherwise mishandle about 25% of my deliveries. I have attempted to get contact information for the management team here with no luck. Pretty pathetic

The Amazon drivers that deliver to my house go about 30 mph down my mile long lane that has othere houses on it. now this is a driveway not a road. there are kids and pets that are playing around this area. we all agreed on a speed limit of 10 mph which is fair. we have had one issue after another with these drivers. 2 times kids were almost hit by these amazon drivers. something needs to be done. everytime I call the distribution warehouse in Rockville they hang up on me. if something is not done soon stuff will start to happen from us home owners
