Went to pick up my package as it was faster to send it there than to my home. Thankfully I was driving because this place is so unaccessible otherwise. I applied for a job at this location back in 2020 and I WASN'T driving and got dropped off at the wrong location. Me and another young lady WALKED all the way from the other hub. It was at least an hour and a half walk if not more. We were exhausted!! It was summer mite I add. I couldn't believe that a HUGE employer like AMAZON has a facility that is not public transportation friendly! They have GOT to do better. It's 2022 and not EVERYONE drives.

Was not pleased to find out that this location was the only place besides one other that you can drop off items for return. I used to be able to return to the Amazon boxes but, but, but, but. They say at the hub when I dropped it off that they don't have enough staff to pick up returns at the boxes. Well why are they still dropping stuff off at the boxes for people to pick their items up but they can't pick up returns? I had to drive over half hour one way to go and drop it off in a half hour back when I could have just drove 2 minutes to the dang box. Amazon, reconsider opening up the boxes for returns. Thank you

This is one of the faster locations to answer door bell and to get you in and out. I believe there is no driver's lounge but they do have trash cans, woohoo. 🙄

Several people were in lobby bc there was a note on office door saying be back soon. I followed the instructions and scanned my Q Code and a bin door opened. I deposited my returned and left. Soon thereafter those people who were in lobby started coming out bc they followed my lead. The location of the code scanner is not obvious. So maybe do something to draw attention to it. Follow instructions and you can be in and out.

Very bad service. Bad experience. They lie about the hours of operation. Got there at 945am. They had a sign that said to wait till 11am to get a real person to help with returns. No human contact to help with returns. There was 3 other people waiting for human interaction n help with returns. Got no help. I just return my item you guys handle it any way you want. If you don't want to give me a refund .it's ok take as a Christmas gift. Make returns difficult so people can forget about it n you keep the money .I'd say it's a good way to scam money n make people give up on returns n you keep the refund money. Amazon is inept n steal money that way..
