Very convenient and easy. Clean always and employees are always nice. Prices are good and no lines which is awesome. Everything in the area you have to wait on line for so long.

I was reading the comments on this story and some of them are very interesting. The coffee is usually at a very nice temperature. Also, they have a Starbucks machine that allows you to quickly make a fresh cup. The service is very friendly and fast. I was never worried about being overcharged. If you have an issue, it's amazon and they have great customer service. Amazon is not going to rob you. The Amazon Go model is the future. This is how stores are going to be. Also, I would rather serve my own coffee instead of having someone's dirty hands holding my cup.

Quick fast service as long as you’re not making a return. Waited 15 minutes after hitting the return/assistance button 3 times. An employee passed by without saying anything, clearly on their way out. Finally when someone arrived, no greeting, no words even after asking “is that all?” they nodded their head. Second time trying to make a return and will be the last. Rude staff.

first time here. loved the experience. felt very weird not knowing if I'd be overbilled by mistake by the AI of the store. got ginger ale from the drink machine just to get something. was disappointed. the drink tasted totally diluted even though i didn't add any ice to the drink. docking a star off for that. very nice selection of fresh sandwiches and salads. i wish they had kosher options. in conclusion, would recommend as a place to get in and out in a hurry.

This is like a third home for me that's how much I love this Amazon-Go spot! This is by far one of the best creative idea's anybody has come up with. The staff in the store are awesome, very helpful, very polite and on top of their game. Can't wait to see if they have more product's coming out and if they are opening more location's. I would highly recommend a visit if your in the area you won't be disappointed! **Sorry for some photo's are not in the prettiest places as I have to rush and eat at time's while at work.**
