This is how packages arrive now a days apparently. No item inside. No way to contact warehouse or driver to have them check their vehicle for item that may have fell out. Amazon customer service is not helpful to help contact warehouse. Not impressed. Every order with Amazon there is some sort of issue. You pay monthly for service and timely delivery and they miss the mark every time. Very unhappy.

Runs smooth on the Flex side. Block pay is fair if you wait for it to increase. Starts too low otherwise. Problems are solved quickly whether it's extra packages not linked to your route or pulling off business stops from your route if they can't get there by 5pm cutoff on the itinerary.

Delivery driver was one block away, delivered everyone else in the area's packages and an hour later according to tracking returned to the distribution center with my package. That return time was still an hour before my estimated delivery time. This has happened multiple times now. Why? Noreal way to contact anybody that can actually help. Found an email address for them only to be messaged back stating they don't accept incoming emails. What a joke!

I work here... They throw packages around so If you get something and it's broken ya know why... We work 10 hour days and they give us exactly 10 hours of work so if we take our 30 minute break it's going to put us behind on our route... NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK!
