My second favorite hub after Seffner. Staff are knowledgeable & professional! Always smooth here. One problem emerging at all these hubs is they are starting to dump 40 - 50 packages on 3 hr routes, which lowers our stats if we can't get them all out on time. Used to be around 28 - 32ish. We are not machines, Amazon! We have to manuever the same bad traffic & roads as everybody else in TB.

Anyone who is a flex driver be very aware of this station. They stick you with all the routes the DSPs don’t want. Expect 50+ packages in a 3 hour route

This is the unsafe way in which station managers force drivers to load. Vans overloaded day after day. There are no safety rules for drivers.
