Staff should be educated not to walk on customer lawns. We have a ring camera and s have seen this multiple times.

I get a message that my package was delivered to the Amazon canter but it was closed. CLOSED........not sure if they meant the local place or my home, but I was home ALL day waiting on my package. There is no way to contact them and the number listed NOBODY ANSWERS IT!!!! I'm missing a very important medical item that I ordered.

Driver a day late. Left items in plain site / on steps to be stolen, did not ring door bell. And there is note at door staying all parcels are to be left INSIDE SCREEN PORCH so they aren’t seen. If it is, it’s on then!!! Drivers go much to fast in neighborhood. Apparently does NOT want customers to catch them. Order shorted. Trying to resolve issue not good. Freeze, thought other carriers was bad, Amazon worse.

Always reliable and prompt delivery. Packages have always been left in an inconspicuous places which gives peace of mind. I would LOVE if they would participate in the “Amazon Key” program where they leave it in your garage.
