No pay raise at all! Ask for a raise and they tell you to quit. Nothing is fair at this warehouse. Managers pick favorites to do light work and pick on associates to do the hardest jobs in the warehouse. HR is useless. Time and time again I've tried to ask about open door policy and get shut down. Do not recommend this place! Imagine how UNV3 will be if nothing changes...

I am Really Concert About THE "Hiring Process here, with all Respect I don't wanna be rude but is very difficult to know when is the rithg moment to make your aplication Here for some Reason This Amazon Warehouse Location " Never Have " Open Position" Never Never when you go to asking every person that speak at you they telling you.... go online when you go online you never see a posting position from this location.Others tell me that I have to call HR.I call them And they Says no open position for now that was my answer for 2 years. Life is difficult for every humans.

Worked here for about 3 months and wish I would've stayed! Great work environment, great management. There were a few co workers who get under your skin here and there but you learn to ignore them not everyone is going to have the same shift all the time. Very flexible. The very few cons were when they started hiring like crazy and there were nomore shifts to chose from and when you did get a shift there was nothing to do and they offered VTO (Voluntary Time Off) because it was so much people and no work to do! I loved the accessibility from the bus unlike all the other Amazons in Vegas. I left because I felt they wouldn't give me a chance to go Full-time so i resigned but I'm still eligible to work for Amazon if i wanted to!!

They mass hire people and when you can't find a shift that you have to select daily on a first vome, first serve basis, they immediately fire you then people wonder why there's such a high turnover rate.
