AMAZON, PLEASE DO SOMETHING WITH THE SEMI'S THAT ARE PARKING WHERE YOUR LITTLE BLUE TRUCKS EXITS ON TO HEINZ ROAD i WAS ABOUT IN A ACCIDENT BE CAUSE YOU CAN'T SEE THE TRUCKS EXIT THERE WITH THE SEMIS AND THEY FLY OUT OF THERE i KNOW I LEFT SOME BLACK MARKS ON THE PAYMENT THIS MORNING !!! There is going to be a really bad accident I understand semis park there waiting on the appointment but there is all kinds of Lot at the north end of your building if they are trucks for amazon why can't they park in there to wait ???

So many people complaining about their packages being "late" like it's the carries responsibility that a lack of planning on the order-er's part sOmeHoWe constitutes an "emergency" on the carrier... I'm just happy if my package gets here in one peice, thanks for all that you do, much appreciated! 5-star

Driving from Burlington towards Davenport in Louisa County and we are on a 4 lane highway and all of a sudden here comes an Amazon delivery truck straight at us. He was on the wrong side of the highway heading right towards us and didn’t seem to care that he was on the wrong side of the highway!! Probably time to start advising your drivers that if he hits someone head on it will be his fault and it won’t matter how much time he would be cutting out of his day..

I feel like this is the type of thing where people will only leave a review if they have a complaint making the overall rating look bad. I just started working for these guys not too long ago and they're already some of the most considerate people I've worked. This is in terms of both their workers and Amazon's customers. I'm seeing a lot of complaints about the Drivers and delivery times. Ofcourse, I don't know them all, but there are a lot of hardworking drivers trying their best to get their route completed. Amazon's increasing popularity makes it hard sometime. But, the frustration is understood. Anyways, hoping this makes some people feel better.
