If you're working for flex and you have to pick up from this location or Pontoon Beach, you HAVE to go to this location. Trust me on this and save yourself so much frustration. This warehouse is actually considerate and helpful to the drivers and appreciates them showing up. I suggest not doing flex at all, but if you must, go to to this location.

They keep saying they deliver the packages and they do not. Amazon will not fix this issue and I cannot find a way to speak to the people at this fulfillment center. There are very clear instructions on delivery including to look right above the door for the address. It is apparently too much work for these people to actually look for an address. It has gotten horrible!
