Do not apply for a job here!!!!!! I applied there for a job with their DSP (ZIP DELIVERY) and was told they would contact me in 30 to 45 minutes. No call no email no text messages. Gave them till the following day still nothing. I gave them the weekend and went back to day and was told they were filled with drivers and that no one that interviewed with them over the last hiring frenzy was hired.They are wasting everyone’s time and energy with fake interviews and jobs that don’t exist.

Yesterday, Justin and the crew helped me with my first Amazon flex, everyone was super helpful and friendly. Everything was extremely organized!! Thank you for making my first experience pleasant.

My current issue is that as an Amazon customer, 3 out if the last 5 shipments have been marked "delivered, handed to customer" and they were not delivered. Conveniently for whomever chose that reason, it's the delivery reason that doesn't require a photo of the package having been delivered. Security footage verifies no one was handed an item. Our neighbors also did not receive the item, and had a delivery driver tried to hand them my package they would've let me know as they're very good neighbors. I contacted Amazon and told them the local delivery driver manager needs to run reports on this delivery reason as well as a report on deliveries marked with that reason that are later reported not received where Amazon has had to issue a refund so the customer could re- order the items and cross their fingers that its actual delivered. The instances may be a trend with a particular driver. Whomever I spoke with said they sent the information. When packages keep going missing with the USPS, a person can contact their local postmaster who checks and has their eye on things to ensure the pattern is stopped. As an Amazon customer I do not have that level of confidence. It's the holiday season and package theft is more common. Our neighborhood is all large property lots with houses back from the street and plenty of security cameras so hypothetically if a driver is stealing packages and marking them as handed to the customer in order to circumvent the photo proof of delivery, they picked the wrong neighborhood. There are two reasons to abuse that delivery option "handed to customer." One is to steal packages, and the other is to get a quicker delivery statistic by not delivering packages, both which cost Amazon money and the customer time and stress. It cost me 40 minutes on the phone to get refunds so I can reorder the items and to talk to another person to get this issue forwarded to management. I'm posting this feedback here because it should be public that this is a problem, and that delivery reason shouldn't be allowed. 60% of my packages lately haven't been delivered, although tracking states it was delivered handed to the customer, and Amazon has to foot the bill to refund me so I can re- order and hope the same delivery driver isn't working the route. I'm already getting annoyed Werth 2- day delivery taking extra days as the trend has been over the last several months.

They may have a clean restroom but this warehouse need to have Good HR because they are doing a horrible job. They don’t do their job correctly & they don’t communicate correctly.

I work here & I love Amazon. They really care for their employees even though delivering packages can get a bit too hectic. Overall, they're a good company that I'm going to continue working for.
