Although I agree with Melissa's comments regarding the need for a chat or better email access, my experience with Amazon's pharmacy has been top notch. Every time I order a refill, it is delivered the very next day. Living in Austin, you can't beat that. When I initially transferred my prescriptions, someone called me to confirm all the information. It only took a day or two to transfer and i got an email when completed. I think the bottom line is if you need customer service, Amazon might not be a good fit. If all you're doing is refilling the same meds you've used for awhile with an occasional new one, it's Perfect!

Amazon Pharmacy really needs a chat feature and an email address where customer service agents/pharmacists can respond to customers LISTED on the Amazon Pharmacy website. I teach school and it is not easy for me to find time where I can make a phone call to you to discuss medication. Also, there needs to be a way to hide the medications on the website that are inactive, don't have refills remaining, etc. The listing of the medications is an eyesore. There has been no way to share written communication with you in a few days now. Each time I attempt to send this message, the webpage just stalls and nothing ever happens when I click the "send feedback" button. You guys seem to be lacking in a lot of areas. Get it together or you will be losing my business. I spend way too much money at your pharmacy to be experiencing these things. And social media is a powerful way to get my point across.

I believe this is the new location of an Amazon pharmacy as it is the address given when I signed up online. It says its Amazon pharmacy #001. 3 stars b/c I haven't received anything yet, will update accordingly
