As a delivery driver I can no longer tolerate the constant and daily verbal abuse that is inflicting daily. The staff that works there are lazy, never have the routes organized properly and above all scream and talk down to the drivers on a daily basis. Since as an employee Amazon doesn’t find it as a priority to report such practices I will be leaving on here and any other internet outlet that I can. If Amazon does want this addressed feel free to contact me, I wont count on it.

I am sick and tired of having my orders delivered to a wrong address!! I just had to call AGAIN tonight!! I spend an obscene amount of money on Amazon and they continue to screw deliveries up! I have even given them detailed instructions to avoid this from happening!!!! I have to waste my time dealing with customer service. The people there are kind, and I get my refund, but that foesn't solve the problem!!!!!!! Amazonneeds to train their delivery drivers better!!!!!
