I work here. Would not recommend. The work is easy. Management is just counterproductive.

I was there 2 weeks ago and there was nobody there that even tried to help me find the pick up location for Amazon flex. Everyone I asked said they didn't know. I understand that we are busy busy but other warehouses have employees to help first time comers find their way, and I lost my route because I could not for the life of me find this location. I guess I was too early as well because I didn't see any other cars looking for the spot, just the prime trucks and they are always busy and probably don't know where it is. I was marked late to a route that I arrived 30-45 minutes earlier for and my app stayed waiting for me to pick up my route until the 3 hours I was supposed to work ended so I couldn't even schedule a different route. Now I'm afraid to schedule any routes at this warehouse because I still don't know where to go. Does anybody know where the Amazon flex pick up location is in this warehouse? I would greatly appreciate the help.
