So it was my first time coming here this lady at the front desk to on a Monday morning, was getting snarky with me for no reason. I was trying to drop off a package. It was an Amazon order for someone. She started getting snarky and sarcastic while asking me the same question as if I was incompetent and the whole time, she didn’t really know what she was doing! At no point did she try to even ask someone else or give me reassurance that she was actually trying to figure it out without asking me the same question over again. She was trying to rush me out of the door with no line. Nasty.
