It was my first day, and it seems like a nice place to work, and they seems like they want their employees to succeed.

Terrible unorganized. Unprofessional HR staff. People promoted within a handful of weeks/months and truly don’t know what they are doing. Safety is constantly tossed out the window just to unsure package numbers hit. Trailer times are constantly off due to lack of management skills. Most people hide with their tiny computers & will avoid managing an area. I’ve worked in multiple areas where I would not see a role model/higher up/leading figure for over four hours(my entire shift) I highly suggest looking anywhere else but here

Everybody there needs better training. I came to work at BDU5 for a week from DEN5, and it was the worst week of my life.

Beautiful new building. The teams are friendly and inviting! Great work environment. The yard team is quick to get things done!
