I have had the most problems at this pick up station out of all of them. From constantly changing how/when we can do our pick ups. To giving some of the worst amount of time to make deliveries in places like downtown. It's simply not plausible to expect deliveries to be made in downtown San Diego, sometimes during events, that can be done delivering to residents in a city like national city, or Chula Vista. The staff here, who feels newer than other staff, has on many occasions been rude, give wrong information, or just don't seem to have any idea of what's going on. Unfortunately I gotta make money. So I still gotta use this station. Especially since it's the closest to where I live in San ysidro.

For some weird reason, MOST of the Amazon Warehouse workers at this location are not friendly nor helpful. They will roll their eyes at you when you ask them for help.. They are very bossy too!!! I prefer the Poway Amazon Location better.

These guys work hard and do a good job. There’s a lot of people in this world who have never had to do jobs like this and can’t appreciate how much work you guys put in, but I want to say that a lot of us do indeed appreciate everything put forth.
