Package not deliver and misleading. Tell you a package is on the way and 3 days later no package and nobody knows what happened.

I received my neighbors package and I don’t know where my package is ??? It says that it was delivered yesterday with a picture of the neighbors package that I have returned to them. My neighbor ( the same one I returned a package to) , she received many of the packages to her house and some of them belonged to a next-door neighbor?!!! What the heck ? How careless the workers are . How can I contact the local office. Can you give me the phone number please ?

There is a parcel pending box that you guys refuse to use the code on your device to put our packages in and you haven't been doing this you have been leaving all of our residents packages strung about and it has to stop. We have been having stuff going missing and the leasing office has asked you repeatedly over to please put the code in from your device to open up that box. Also they can give you the key to open it. We have a b c d buildings and they are in silver on our buildings. Stop leaving our stuff out randomly please.
