We have Prime. I ordered a $24.00 power cord. Say it was delivered had pictures. What I got was the mouse I ordered and a .50 cent key chain that had pot pland pictures on it. If you go to customer service they tell you to wait up to 48 hrs. So I want to call and talk to someone. No where does the web page offer a phone number! I had to Google it just so you know. After talking to someone indeed the tracking number was for my power chord. Her reply was they will return the money to my account and I can reorder the cord!!! What no I see you didn't get it so I will send you one ASP. I told her so I wait for a refund and reorder. Fat chance I will ever order through Amazon again.
