Order groceries for dinner, received message my delivery was next, an hour and a half later message delivered came through. No Dinner. I called in and was told by the third person that the delivery would be delivered the following morning minus three items. I smell a rat, less than one star especially since Amazon fresh is virtually just across the street! Avoid this poor customer service!

Delivery refused to come to our apartment door. Left food outside office door at 9pm on Saturday when no one was there to pick it up. Didn't tell us he'd even left it there and had the gall to mark the order as delivered. We called and complained. The office manager at our apartment complex found the paper bags outside Monday morning. Over 24 hours, having been sitting out in over 100 degree weather for all of Sunday. We got a refund but no replacements. It was over $100 worth of food and had to wait a week to get the refund. We live on a tight budget which meant my daughter with special needs, as well as my husband and I, did not get much food for the week. We had mostly refrigerated and frozen foods/drinks which were left in paper bags and completely ruined.

This facility is the most unorganized ghetto place that I've ever been at. I started doing Amazon Flex as a flex driver in December 2018. Since I've gone to this facility there has been physical fights and verbal abuse towards the flex drivers. I refuse to continue to work for a place like this again. Lisa this old lady is very rude to the staff and the Flex drivers. They do nothing but allow there staff to belittle people. Good Luck keeping people as drivers Fort Worth off Pikes Peak. #ghetto
