I worked at this Amazon plant for 6 months, and there were some serious issues. First, for some reason, management at this plant will not make seasonal into permanent employees. I consistently exceeded expectations and was never made permanent. I was told by other employees that they had to wait as much as 8 months to be made permanent. Meanwhile I saw certain people who did not meet expectations, who were given light duty. In other words, slacking was rewarded here. Also, they will not let you transfer out to a plant where you could become permanent. Also, this plant will not let employees have access to training. When I requested access to training that is available at other plants, I was told that management did not allow floor employees to train for higher positions to have access to the training

My first day I followed the directions from there map. I felt I was all over the place. I had so many packages to deliver to so many houses. Honestly it was not worth my time or gas. It would have been a lot better if you were in one area. Needless to say not all my packages were delivered.
