I live in a senior community that has two buildings with two different addresses. There is a code to get into the mail room that the drivers are supposed to have but there are a couple of drivers who don’t bother to check.

The worst Amazon delivery station by far. I’ve been a driver for 3 years now and always have the most issues at this station. In addition the routes are always the worst and furthest away and the warehouse employees are the most disorganized and have the worst customer service. The only good thing about this station is that they pay well and have lots of availability but that makes sense considering everything else is awful.

I tried to change my shift for 3 months and the manager would come up with an excuse each month not to change my shift so I left. From night shift to day shift.
